Edil Italia company complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 normative.

Moreover has two different SOA certifications:

1. Category OG1 with ranking IV on civil and industrial buildings;

2. Category OG2 with ranking III on restoration and maintenance of properties subject to

protection under the provisions of Cultural and Environmental Heritage.

1.  Category OG1 Classification IV : Civil and industrial buildings construction, maintenance or renovation of construction needed to carry out a timely interventions any human activity, whether direct or indirect, complete of the necessary structures, electromechanical systems, electrical, telephone and electronic and finishes of any type and any associated works, complementary and ancillary .
   Includes without limitation the residences, prisons, schools, barracks, offices, theatres, stadiums, buildings for industries, buildings for parking lots, train stations and subways, he airport buildings and any special reinforced concrete artifact, plain or reinforced concrete, cast-in-place thin wall tanks, domes, such as times, silos and buildings of great height with particular characteristics and complexity

2.  Category OG2 Classificataion III : Restoration and maintenance of real estate subject to protection in accordance with the provisions on cultural and environmental
   Concerns the conduct of a coordinated set of specialized processing necessary to recover, preserve, consolidate, transform, restore, renovate, maintenance buildings of historical interest protected under the provisions in the field of cultural heritage and environment. Also covers the implementation in real estate by electromechanical systems, electrical, telephone and electronic equipment and fixtures of any kind and any associated works, ancillary and complementary. 

Demonstration of confidence and organizational skills:

certificate gives us proof of regularity with tax obligations and contributions, organizational capacity technical , absence of criminal proceedings and possession of Bank references, prerequisites to present itself on the market, both public and private.

Work’s references:

the same goes for demonstrating the operational capability, the claims of certain categories, it means that we have demonstrated that you have run jobs for that category and that the works were carried out successfully, not gave rise to no dispute and we are in possession of the necessary equipment for any kind of job.
